TrueNorth Solutions LLC was founded in 2026 by Jose Manuel Garcia Baez, CTB, after approximately eight years of transportation and logistics experience. But the story starts long before that.
Jose's career began behind the wheel — as a truck driver. He learned the industry from the ground up, experiencing firsthand the challenges that shippers and carriers face every day. From there, his experience grew through transportation leadership, account management, drayage operations, carrier coordination, and supply-chain management.
That journey shaped a simple belief: freight brokerage shouldn't be a faceless transaction. It should be a relationship built on trust, accountability, and results.
